我看到其中部分提示是forbidden，这个是不是需要特定帐号才可以访问啊？
可是我觉得如果提供收费服务，应该是对收费帐号提供稳定高速，一般匿名也允许下载，只是速度上作限制（比如10～20K/S），而不应该直接屏蔽不允许匿名下载哦。
